1. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over £10 across the UK. For orders under £10, a standard shipping fee of £3.99 will be applied at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 business days.
- Next Day 24-Hour Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) are eligible for next-day delivery.
3. Next Day Delivery Exclusions
Please note that next-day delivery excludes Bank Holidays. Surcharges and longer delivery times may apply for the following postcodes and regions:
- AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56
- FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-99, KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-99, TR21-25
- Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Jersey, and Guernsey.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at contact@gromersworld.com. We will investigate the issue with our courier partners and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
